GENERAL ORDER SERVICESWe welcome your General Order Cargo here at Salson. Our system and services are both handled with simplicity. When your container arrives SALSON GO we will devan the container according to your documentation provided to us. We will then in return provide you with our the GENERAL ORDER Number as well as an OUTTRN REPORT by fax or by e-mail. It is important to read and note any comments on the outturn report. The empty container will be returned back to the pier within 48 hours upon devan. We therefore commit to you our expedited service in the return of your equipment. Please note that all cargo will remain ON HOLD until we receive your Freight Release as well as your LIEN Release by fax. In addition, we will of course require payment of GO charges due along with the CUSTOMS release. All must be presented prior to or at the time of pickup. Cargo will be released in the same condition as was outturned unless other instructions are given. Should there be notations, shortage or overage as indicated on your outtrn report, we will file a manifest discrepancy report with US Customs as required by USC. Your customers and or importers will be able to track their shipment on our website or customer service by the following; Bill of Lading # , Container# and or General Order #. Also noted on our website are our CES, CFS, GO, Trucking both FCL and LCL services to include our extensive IPI inland tracking system and rate quotations.
